Did you know only 20% of teams ever achieve 80% of their potential?
Is your team one of the 20% of High Performers or one of the 80% that achieve less? A bit less or perhaps a lot less.
Many business leaders share their numbers with us. How well the business is doing (or not). How the team is performing (or not). We take them through an extensive Business Questionnaire to establish strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
One of the very simple measures we use in conversation is The Show Up Factor Model. How well is your team showing up? If 0 out of 10 is disastrously and a 10 out of 10 is amazing, how well is your team tracking?
Sadly, many leaders say a 4, 5, or 6. Boards give different numbers again. Likewise middle management and/or individuals on the team. Very few teams are on the same page.
I’m cheering if we get a 7+
I’m mostly working with those clients in the 4-8 range who are invested in the development of themselves, others, and their tourism businesses.
Do you and the team struggle with:
- Lack of trust
- Lack of transparency and collaboration
- Lack of purpose
- Lack of engagement
- Lack of focus on top priorities
- Lack of accountability
The source of these problems is NOT a lack of training or skills. It is a lack of “Mental Fitness,” the ability to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset. Most training creates short-lived positivity that fizzles soon after the event. Most performance feedback again creates short-lived positivity or high-level negative energy depending on the way it’s delivered.
Breakthroughs in neuroscience, behaviour management, and capability development have revealed a proven process for bringing out the best in people consistently and bringing that increased resilience to their teams and their work.
By focusing just 2% of your time each week, you can build the Mental Fitness of your team, create the PQ (Positive Intelligence) Powered culture you need, and get the results you want in a way that brings deep fulfillment for individuals, teams, departments and across the business.
You CAN Create a team culture with:
- Lower stress and higher fulfillment
- High retention of the best people
- Laser-like focus on the most important projects
- Increased sales and client satisfaction
- Improved relationships, trust, and collaboration
- Increased employee engagement and enthusiasm
